HOA Management

Homeowners association management for estates

Estate governance, architectural control, security oversight and member communication under one accountable agent.

Overview

Estates are communities and companies at the same time

An HOA is usually a non-profit company governed by its MOI, which makes Companies Act obligations as relevant as estate rules. DGS administers both sides: statutory filings and directors' duties, alongside the day-to-day running of the estate.

  • MOI, estate rules and architectural guidelines applied consistently.
  • CIPC filings, directors' registers and annual returns kept current.
  • Building plan submissions reviewed against the architectural guideline.
  • Security, landscaping and infrastructure contractors managed to SLA.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

01Do you manage estate security directly?

We manage the contract and the performance against it. DGS Security can tender alongside other providers, but the board makes the appointment.

02How are clearance certificates handled?

We issue HOA clearance on request, usually within five working days, once levies and any building deposits are settled.
